OUR FOUNDERS
Our team has leveraged the knowledge gained from 15 years working within the unhoused and real estate sector to provide empathy and design through affordable homes to create generational wealth for renters and investors, and foster connected, purposeful neighborhoods. By transforming multifamily housing into thriving, mixed-income communities where every resident, regardless of background,has the opportunity to build stability, dignity, and a path to homeownership.
